Team News Updates in Sparta
I feel fortunate to truly enjoy the company of all my colleagues. A strong team lends itself to collaboration. In the upcoming year, we are excited to establish processes and practices to make our school more functional and more consistent. We recognize that this will not only help our school, but also help us work more efficiently.One upcoming change will be to accommodate my extended leave. In order to help facilitate a smooth time away, Mrs. Yllanes will take on scheduling. Scheduling may be one word, but it is definitely a huge undertaking. I am excited that we are going to be collaborating on scheduling during the Spring semester. Mrs. Yllanes is likely one of the most organized people I've ever met. She inspires me to be organized, prompt, and detailed. I have not doubt that the Sanderson community will find a seamless adjustment while I'm away.
